Smart Project Management in the Digital Era
By Edward Musungu
Dear Friends,
From September 1-3, 38 leaders from across Africa gathered for the BUILD III Training in Nairobi- a three inspiring days’ journey of learning, collaboration and vision for mission sustainability
📌 Highlights from the Training
💡 Day 1 – Strengthening Donor Engagement
Participants sharpened their proposal-writing skills, learning how to better communicate impact and attract mission partners.
🤖 Day 2 – AI for Fundraising & Mission Impact
The LCMC-led sessions explored how artificial intelligence can enhance fundraising, improve communication and expand mission outreach.
🌱 Day 3 – Values & Sustainability
The final day focused on: The 3Ps of values-driven leadership: People, Planet and Profit; Local fundraising strategies for long-term growth; Setting up development offices to support sustainable mission work.
🌍 A Shared Mission
Hosted at Roussel House Donum Dei, the training became more than a workshop – it was a vibrant space of collaboration, resilience and faith. Together, we witnessed how small beginnings, rooted in community, can grow into institutions that transform lives.
