Jesuit Development Office Commemorates St. Ignatius Feast with Enriching Spiritual Program
By Edward Musungu

As we celebrate the feast of St. Ignatius this week, on Thursday, August 1, the Jesuit Development Office commemorated the occasion with an enriching program. The first session, led by Fr. Nathaniel O. Lubanga SJ, explored Ignatian Spirituality through the themes of Fighting, Failure, and Love, providing deep insights into the struggles and triumphs inherent in the spiritual journey.

Fr. Tobias O. Dindi SJ led the second session, which focused on the concepts of MAGIS, Examen, and Discernment, encouraging the staff to strive for excellence, engage in reflective prayer and make thoughtful decisions.

The sessions were both informative and inspirational, marked by lively discussions and active participation from the staff who engaged enthusiastically, contributing their thoughts and posing questions that deepened the collective understanding of Ignatian principles.
