Monthly Breakfast Meetings and Fundraising Initiatives by pHU

The proposed Hekima University shall be holding monthly breakfast meetings to raise funds for its worthy educational cause of constructing Molo Campus in Nakuru County. These breakfast meetings are geared towards increasing the visibility and need of the university. These breakfast meetings will be used to reach out to donors towards pledging and depositing funds that will aid towards the universities goals of raising 7.5 million USD. The culmination of the monthly breakfast meetings shall be a fundraising dinner in June 2024.

The intimate ambiance of a morning gathering will foster a conducive atmosphere for cultivating significant connections and facilitating open dialogue between our esteemed stakeholders, the university representatives and potential donors. Our first breakfast meeting shall be held next week on Friday 26th January 2024 at the Royal Nairobi Golf Club, in support of the university’s brick-and-mortar fundraising.

The guest speaker of the day will be Professor Noah Midamba. Prof. Midamba served as the second Vice Chancellor at Kenya College Accountancy University (KCAU) from May 2010 to March 2021, elevating it to one of Africa’s largest private business university systems. During his tenure, student numbers increased from 6,919 in 2011 to 16,000 in 2021 across five Kenyan campuses. A distinguished researcher in defense and foreign policy, he was a leader at Kent State and Youngstown State Universities in the United States. Prof. Midamba is recognized internationally, holding multiple degrees and post-doctorate diplomas. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to education and public service. Prof. Midamba is a member of various prestigious organizations and has raised over $100 million to support initiatives.
