NEWS EDITION
By Sch. Laus Chimango, SJ

The weather here in Mwanza is normal; we have series of cold mornings, sunny afternoons, and moderately warm nights. Even with these dynamics, we are used to the situation. Otherwise, we do enjoy the daily fine breezes from Lake Victoria, which is just nearby the Jesuit community.

The blessings that we continue to receive from God the Almighty are tremendous. As Scholastics studying at CUHAS-BUGANDO, we are grateful for the academic year 2023/2024, which have been the year of blessing and success to the three of us. We have witnessed the hands of God working upon us especially in our efforts to do best in our studies.  In the mid-August we will start our University Examinations, which will mark the end of this academic year.  We ask the companions in and out of the province to continue praying for us, as we also pray for everyone.

Thanks, and welcome to Mwanza community.
