AJUC Fun Day

On Saturday, 18th April 2026, the Arrupe Jesuit University Community held its annual Fun Day at St. George’s College, one of the Jesuit institutions in Harare. The day was filled with a variety of exciting activities, including the 100-metre race, musical chairs, three-legged race, tug of war, penalty shootouts, “pick a number and get a reward,” bottle-filling contests, sack races, and many more.
It was truly a joyful and engaging day that brought members of the community together, fostering unity, bonding, and relaxation. This annual Fun Day continues to stand out as an important moment for companions to unwind and strengthen their sense of community.
On another note, Arrupe Jesuit University will begin its end-of-semester examinations today 24th April 2026, running through to mid-May 2026. We commend all companions and students who will be sitting for their exams, as well as the final-year students (finalists) preparing to defend their dissertations. We entrust all of them into God’s hands and wish them success in their academic endeavours.
