The people who lived in darkness have seen the great light

By Linus Tigiti, SJ

The previously unilluminated expanse of 33 hectares, once referred to as a dimly lit bush, has been wonderfully transformed with the installation of electricity, creating an atmosphere that resembles daytime even during the night. The successful completion of this electricity project marks a significant milestone in our ongoing journey towards progress and development.

The provision of electricity brings a newfound sense of empowerment to our community, as it illuminates homes, energizes businesses, and propels the overall advancement of our society. With this transformative infrastructure now firmly established, we find ourselves in a favorable position to embrace a future filled with boundless possibilities, where opportunities thrive and lives are enriched.

Progress of the construction of the Community house

The construction of the Community house has made significant progress despite the delay caused by heavy rainfall, which temporarily hindered the work at the site. However, the contractor has now regained momentum and is executing the project with exceptional efficiency, ensuring that the work is progressing rapidly without compromising the quality standards.
